We are honoured to announce that Emeritus Archbishop Desmond Tutu is this year’s recipient of the Article 3.org Human Rights Global Treasure Award in recognition of his contribution to the global human rights movement. The board is responsible for short and long-term planning, and they must ensure that systems are in place for administering and effectively using resources and guarding against misuse.
